        I offer Pilates matwork classes in Stroud Green N4, Finsbury Park N4 & Crouch End N8. 

The classes are aimed at the following levels of ability:

Beginner:  Learn about the principles of Pilates in small, friendly classes. Improve your posture, tone up and start to feel better in just a few weeks! Designed for those with little or no experience

All classes must be booked in advance         £12 per class when bought as a block                    £14 Drop-in

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings for courses and individual classes must be made in advance. Payment is non-refundable. If you cannot make a class, contact me at least 24 hours prior to the class and I will do my best to accommodate you at an alternative class within the same course block.
